Currently the modal for Ceph Mon low count shows not found error

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create storage cluster and increase zone count to 5
2. A CephMonLowNumber alert should be shown.
3. Press configure and open the modal. 


Actual results:
Not found error is seen

Expected results:
The mon count should be updated in StorageCluster CR and the modal should close.

Since the feature was never released Doc text not required.

Verified on a 6 worker node and 6 failure domain cluster with OCP 4.15 and ODF 4.15.0-120 

When the failure domain count is 6, I was able to open the alert and upon clicking "Update Count" under "Configure Ceph Monitor" tab, the mon count successfully got updated to 5.
