That's something you have to take up with the maintainer of freshrpms; although I'm pretty sure that yum-compatible repos are available. There is no problem using the Freshrpms repo - in fact, all you have to do is install the freshrpms-release package to enable it. I'm using it now and have been for the past year or two. It's not compatible with Livna, which might be what you're talking about, but one could just as easily say that Livna isn't compatible with Freshrpms. |
