As discussed in https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/03663405 it would be really nice if odf can inform the user what parameters has to be appended to the python script, based on the odf operators current configuration, during the upgrade process.

Moving it to Rook as Rook has a separate CSV now. we can export the info there.
