Description Miroslav Suchý 2024-01-16 21:14:46 UTC
I run license analysis for libieee1284
  http://miroslav.suchy.cz/fedora/spdx-reports/libieee1284
and I found that
  libieee1284/libieee1284-0.2.11/src/parport.h
uses license
  GFDL-1.1-or-later
but that license is allowed only for content
  https://gitlab.com/fedora/legal/fedora-license-data/-/blob/main/data/GFDL-1.1-or-later.toml?ref_type=heads

To me, this seems like an accidental use of the wrong header. But please resolve it with upstream.
Or remove this file from package. Or resolve it with Fedora legals.

Reproducible: Always

Looks like I was the initial committer for that file, which came from the Linux kernel headers.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle.
Changing version to 40.
