This bug is raised to add a bugizlla tracker for the IBM HCI issue https://github.ibm.com/ProjectAbell/abell-tracking/issues/31423?

More details from the issue -https://github.ibm.com/ProjectAbell/abell-tracking/issues/31423#issue-37879865

Defect Synopsis:
"<ISF 2.7.1-FVT-Even after DF client installed on Hosted cluster , connection :- Unknown and storage status :- Installing on Upgraded ODF "

Recreate steps:
1.OCP upgraded to 4.14.7
2. Installed DF and configured it
3. HCP configured, created multiple hosted clusters
4. DF client installed on hosted cluster.

You can refer to hcp2 hosted cluster
ScreenShots:-

1. DF client installed and in healthy state
2. 2.DF connection status is Unknown

seems like today it has been deleted or something happened to it automatically because I don't see it anymore in the installed operator

Also these behaviours were noticed after odf 4.14.4-4 upgrade.

Build details:
ISF :- 2.7.1

--- Additional comment from RHEL Program Management on 2024-01-18 11:26:44 UTC ---

This bug having no release flag set previously, is now set with release flag 'odf‑4.15.0' to '?', and so is being proposed to be fixed at the ODF 4.15.0 release. Note that the 3 Acks (pm_ack, devel_ack, qa_ack), if any previously set while release flag was missing, have now been reset since the Acks are to be set against a release flag.
