This can't be rebuilt for the new boost until fbthrift is rebuild (see Bug 2259564) and fbthrift can't be rebuilt until folly is rebuilt, and that's FTBFS with gcc-14.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle.
Changing version to 40.
