I can reproduce in a Rawhide Live image (though not in my SB39 host). Created attachment 2010319 [details] List of glyphs (codepoint and glyph names) for NotoSansSymbols-Regular List of glyphs (codepoint and glyph names) for NotoSansSymbols-Regular encoding.
