When trying to dnf install fish:

Error: Transaction test error:
  file /usr/share/fish/completions/docker.fish from install of fish-3.3.1-2.el8.x86_64 conflicts with file from package cm-docker-20.10.26-100111_cm9.2_645a34f98f.x86_64

That file /usr/share/fish/completions/docker.fish in the fish rpm contains simply:

# Completions for Docker are maintained upstream.
# They should be installed with the Docker package.

And, those completions ARE installed with the Docker package, so the existence of this file in the fish rpm means it cannot be installed.
