Please fix gimp at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
gimp will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 41,
gimp will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 40 development cycle.
Changing version to 40.

FEDORA-2024-0416713440 (aom-3.8.0-7.fc41, darktable-4.6.1-3.fc41, and 17 more) has been pushed to the Fedora 41 stable repository.

That's what we did in Gentoo.
