Description of problem:
Nothing to install for `ripmime` in el9; something to install for `ripmime` in el8 etc from EPEL

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.0.10-7
?

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. `dnf install ripmime`
2.
3.

Actual results:
`dnf install ripmime` fails

Expected results:
`dnf install ripmime` succeeds

Additional info:
Feature request - please build for el9 as discussed - thanks!
