Fedora Merge Review: pstack

This package exists now only because of rpm upgrade problems in the past.
Can we finally get rid of it now? Would Obsoletes: pstack in a gdb package that
provides the pstack -> gstack symlink be sufficient?

pstack does seem to be dead in F-9 and later.
