I wanted to check can I upgrade from F39 to F40 and dnf told me that there is a problem:

 Problem: problem with installed package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64
  - package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64 from @System requires libKSysGuardFormatter.so.1()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64 from @System requires libksgrd.so.9()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64 from @System requires libksignalplotter.so.9()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64 from @System requires libprocesscore.so.9()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64 from @System requires libprocessui.so.9()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64 from fedora requires libKSysGuardFormatter.so.1()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package ksysguard-5.22.0-10.fc39.x86_64 from fedora requires libksgrd.so.9()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

Asked in #fedora-kde and was told that this is obsolete package:

10:56 < tosky> it was last shipped with Plasma 5.22 and replaced with a newer implementation of that functionality (you can see that libksysguard is still shipped, that's still part of Plasma)
10:56 < hrw> tosky: if it is obsolete then maybe should land in fedora-obsolete-packages (or how this metapackage was called)
10:56 < tosky> probably, it's worth a bug I guess

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. on Fedora Linux 39 install 'ksysguard' package
2. try to upgrade to Fedora Linux 40
3. notice problem
Actual Results:  
dnf told me of a problem

Expected Results:  
fedora-obsolete-packages lists 'ksysguard' so it is marked for removal

We should have plasma-systemmonitor obsolete ksysguard.
