Description of problem:

Opening this BZ to request an exception for backporting the change [0] to 17.1 in order to address the deprecation of the Load_Balancer "datapath_group" column on newer version of OVN that is used by ovn-bgp-agent.

There's an effort to bump the version of OVN for 17.1 and that will break ovn-bgp-agent unless [0] is backported.
