Description of problem:

Documentation button when creating CR with provider Libvirt poiting to a invalid URL

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Infrastructure -> Compute Resources -> Create Compute Resource
2. Choose provider Libvirt -> click on Documentation button near to "Url" field

Actual results:

Link is opening with a invalid URL: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.14/html/provisioning_hosts/provisioning_virtual_machines_on_kvm_provisioning

Expected results:
Link should open: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_satellite/6.14/html/provisioning_hosts/provisioning_virtual_machines_on_kvm_kvm-provisioning
