Bug 2264635

After upgrade adwaita-cursor-theme to version 46~alpha-1.fc40 very strange things start happened with mouse pointer.

1) mouse pointer not change shape when I move it outside text field.
For example after address bar it has form of same shape when I move it to tab. (I Expect arrow shape instead of text cursor shape)

2) when I move mouse pointer to the video then it more likely disaapeared.

3) when used 200% scale in some applications vlc, steam client I spotted that bottom part of mouse pointer are cutted.

Reproducible: Always

Last good version is: adwaita-cursor-theme-45.0-2


Temporary solution is downgrade adwaita-cursor-theme.
