wireshark-devel 4.2.2 is missing `ws_log_defs.h` file, even though other /usr/include/wireshark files reference it. It's there in wireshark-devel-4.0.12-1.fc38.x86_64 at least

[root@frawhide:~] # rpm -ql wireshark-devel | grep ws_log_defs.h
[root@frawhide:~] 2 # grep -R ws_log_defs.h /usr/include/
/usr/include/wireshark/wsutil/wslog.h:#include <ws_log_defs.h>
/usr/include/wireshark/config.h:#include <ws_log_defs.h>

This is preventing libvirt builds at the moment. There's other issues too, like wmem_scopes.h references missing wsutil/wmem/wmem.h , but I didn't check for more.

Fixed in 4.2.2-3 build
