Description of problem:

Monthly and Yearly type schedule intervals are available in CLI of snap schedules feature in 7.1, But in Snap Schedule UI, these two intervals are missing in Create window under schedule drop-down.
Note: There is monthly and yearly intervals specified in Retention policy drop-down.

ceph version 18.2.1-38.el9cp (c709c61e19be87249f04b05dec1e586c1f9dd7b0) reef (stable)

How reproducible: Yes


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Snapshot schedule stab in CephFS
2. Create new Snapshot schedule, try to look for Monthly and yearly intervals in schedule drop-down

Actual results: Monthly , Yearly intervals do not exist


Expected results: Monthly , Yearly intervals exists in CLI, so is expected in UI
