If a VPN is added (It might also occur with normal connections), removal is impossible as systemsettings blocks you from doing so.

(This is just a tracker bug, and this has already been fixed with this commit:

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 40-beta by Fedora user farchord using the blocker tracking app because:

 Removing a connection is currently not possible in Plasma 6.0. A commit has been made to fix the issue, but a freeze exception is needed to push out the fix.

FEDORA-2024-410519ee50 (Fix for Network connections not being able to be removed) has been pushed to the Fedora 40 stable repository.
