Description of problem:
Tried to import an .FBX file and got this error.
Installing "numpy" via dnf fixes this issue, should be installed alongside Blender.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Blender
2 Click on "File"
3. Click on "Import"
4. Click on "FBX (.fbx)"
5. Select my .fbx file
6. Error occurs

Version-Release number of selected component:
blender-1:4.0.2-1.fc39

This problem happens when I install and use the RPM version of Blender and attempt to import/export an .fbx object into the scene. When I remove the RPM version and install the Flathub flatpak version I can import/export .fbx files without issue. I have not tried any other file formats as my job only uses .fbx format.
