Please branch and build perl-Gtk2 in epel9.

If you do not wish to maintain perl-Gtk2 in epel9,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS: neil);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/perl-Gtk2/adduser

there is a cycle between perl-Gtk2 and perl-Pango - i was able to build for epel9 in my copr by bootstrapping perl-Pango without GTK, before rebuilding it after
