Once opening Preference window from Panel menu at Plasma Wayland, Panel menu stop responding on clicking the panel icon until popping up other panel menu such as volume control.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the ibus panel menu at Plasma Wayland and select Preference
2.Close the preference window
3.Click on the ibus panel menu again
Actual Results:
No panel menu at step 3

Expected Results:
the panel menu should be popped up at step 3

It's a known issue that IBus can work with the activated input context in Wayland. Maybe this is relative with the XIM support in Wayland.

THe workaround is to click on an activated input context of gnome-text-editor, gnome-terminal or else before you click the panel menu icon.

This issue still persists in f41 (from f41 i18n test week activity)
