KIWI v10 is the new major version of KIWI, which notably cuts out a lot of legacy stuff to support older distributions, but is the current mainline version being supported upstream.

We want to use this as the basis for Fedora Cloud's kiwi-built images.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 40-beta by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

 This is the version Fedora Cloud wants to start from for our image builds.
