Miro: yes, you can see the override at https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/overrides/desktop-backgrounds-40.0.0-1.fc40 .
Luya: in future it might be best to use an on-demand side tag instead of buildroot overrides, it's the newer, shinier way to do this kind of inter-dependent build: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Update_Guide/#multiple_packages
