Grafana's CLI has been reworked in Grafana-10 and the customized grafana-cli script does not reflect this change.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install grafana >= 10 (i.e.grafana-10.2.3-1.fc40)
2. Run grafana-cli
# grafana-cli plugins ls
Actual Results:  
Deprecation warning: The standalone 'grafana-cli' program is deprecated and will be removed in the future. Please update all uses of 'grafana-cli' to 'grafana cli'
grafana: 'cli' is not a grafana command. See 'grafana --help'.

Expected Results:  
The grafana-cli shows the deprecation warning and then lists available plugins.
