This is just a note to myself that the rust-oxipng+image and rust-oxipng+sanity-checks metapackages can be restored once this update is complete.

Needs new packages for a few crates for image formats that were promoted to the default feature set:

- image-webp
- ravif

Needs new packages for the new JPEG decoder backend:

- zune-core
- zune-jpeg

Also needs more packages to enable some non-default features.
