kiwi 10.0.4 includes support for building bootable images for s390x using zipl directly instead of just with grub-emu+zipl, which is required for Fedora Cloud s390x images.

Please ship this update so Fedora Cloud s390x images can be built with kiwi.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 40-beta by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

 This allows fully completing the change to use kiwi for cloud images, since we do not need to use imagefactory for the Cloud s390x images anymore.

Discussed at today's blocker review meeting: https://meetbot-raw.fedoraproject.org/blocker-review_matrix_fedoraproject-org/2024-03-11/f40-blocker-review.2024-03-11-16.00.html . This is accepted as an FE to ease the efforts to land the Kiwi-composed cloud/container image Change. It should be a very safe FE since it's a change to Kiwi itself, which should not affect anything else at all.
