With 'dnf5 info <package>', The package name is not colored with certain packages. For example, does not work with httpd php python3.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.run podman fedora-39 container
2.dnf install dnf5 dnf5-plugins
3.dnf5 info php
Actual Results:  
name package is not colored

Expected Results:  
name package green color

do you have php installed? I see here at F40 (dnf5-5.1.15-1.fc40.x86_64) that installed packages show with the name in green color, and only available packages (not installed) shows in white color.

The package is not installed and therefore not colored. If I install the package, the name is colored.
The behavior is different in dnf4. I didn't see this change in the change log, so I thought it was bad behavior, but it looks OK.

This message is a reminder that Fedora Linux 39 is nearing its end of life.
Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora Linux 39 on 2024-11-26.
It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer
maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a
'version' of '39'.

Fedora Linux 39 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-11-26.

Fedora Linux 39 is no longer maintained, which means that it
will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we
are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora Linux
please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. Note that the version
field may be hidden. Click the "Show advanced fields" button if you do not see
the version field.

If you are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against an
active release.
