Similar old bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2020138 Still not fixed in libksysguard-6.0.3-1.fc40.x86_64: ``` org.kde.ksysguard.plugin.network: Helper process terminated abnormally: "The process doesn't have permission to open the capture source" ``` This would also be fixed in the specfile by adding:
`%caps(cap_net_raw=pe) %{_libexecdir}/ksysguard/ksgrd_network_helper`
