Using dnf5 for test days event (https://testdays.fedoraproject.org/events/180) and when trying the dnf5 history list command, the output shows the folowwing info: ID, Date and Time and Altered, but the field for "Action(s)" is empty.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install dnf5 and run intalls and removes some packages
2.run dnf5 history list command

Actual Results:  
the output shows incomplete information at field "Action(s)"

Expected Results:  
the output must shows some information at field "Action(s)" like "Removed" or "Install" or "Upgrade"
