Description of problem:

A cancel of quiesce was attempted with --await and it generates ECANCELED error as cmd response, but a --query on quiesce set shows CANCELED state as expected.

This BZ is to handle ECANCELED error seen as cmd response. If --await was not supported to be used with --cancel as confirmed with Dev, the cmd response could have been to report invalid syntax for cmd instead of ECANCELED error, to avoid an ambiguity.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a quiesce set
2. Run cancel with --await

Actual results: ECANCELED error seen with cmd response


Expected results: EINVAL as --await with --cancel is not supported
