Description of problem:
Package python-pypandoc fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.13 (committed to dist-git, not built successfully since)

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:

I believe this to be fixed thanks to Orion's patch. I've rebuilt on rawhide, F40, and F39.

python-pypandoc-1.13-3.fc41 was pushed, so let's close this.
