Description of problem:
Package pychromecast fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide.

14.0.1


Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
No match for argument: python3dist(protobuf) >= 4.25.1


The upstream metadata require a higher version of python3-protobuf than we have in Fedora - 3.19.6 at the moment.
