fedora-messaging fails to build in Fedora Rawhide.

Problem: nothing provides requested (python3dist(jsonschema) < 4~~ with python3dist(jsonschema) >= 3.2)

Due to dependency changes the current scope of accepted jsonschemas is too narrow. We currently have version 4.19 in Fedora Rawhide.
