In KDE Plasma the system tray entry for showing that there are system updates available has a black-on-black icon when using the default Plasma theme.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 40-final by Fedora user aleasto using the blocker tracking app because:

 This is not quite a violation of the "Update notification", but nonetheless it makes it less visible.

Very small fix, easily testable.
