%generate_buildrequires
%pyproject_buildrequires
be used to get dependencies?

soxr is in Fedora:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/soxr
Can it be used? If not, the spec file should indicate it
is bundled, as is pfft:
https://github.com/dofuuz/python-soxr
