How reproducible: always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install fresh rhel9
2. Configure epel9 and enable the associated repos

Actual results:

It find something

Expected results:

It doesn't find it

Additional info:

I saw here it is absent in EPEL9 https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/postgresql-pgpool-II I didn't find why it was removed in EPEL8

There is no specific reason it was removed, it works on a on-request basis. Is this package still needed? If so it could be added to EPEL.
