This package cannot be built in rawhide currently since it relies on newer versions of some `gitoxide` packages.
However, the `gitoxide` packages cannot be updated without breaking other packages.
It is easier to get this package into Fedora and then update and build everything in a side-tag.
This package builds successfully in copr [1].

Package was generated with rust2rpm, simplifying the review.

- package builds and installs without errors on rawhide (tested in COPR)
! test suite is run and all unit tests pass (disabled with explanation)
- latest version of the crate is packaged
- license matches upstream specification and is acceptable for Fedora
- license files are included with %license in %files
- package complies with Rust Packaging Guidelines
