Description of problem:

rootsh package is missing in epel for RHEL9

How reproducible:
try to install rootsh on RHEL9 from epel


Actual results:
Package is missing 


Expected results:
Package should be available

rootsh has not been maintained since 2015:

https://github.com/jpschewe/rootsh

Upstream recommends you use sudo instead and I am inclined to agree.
