As mentioned in a pagure issue[0], I retired some packages for Fedora on Google Cloud Platform due to challenges with maintenance. Upstream's dependency requirements were difficult to meet with Fedora's package sets.

I'm working to unretire these packages and bundle the golang dependencies into two of the problematic ones. See the tickets linked to this one.
