Description:

The AnimX Animation Library provides a set of functions to calculate animation
curve values in the exact same way as Maya. The library’s main goal is to
replicate interpolation schemes found in Maya. While an interface is provided
to Maya’s animation curves, curve storage, serialization, etc. is delegated to
the client code.

This library would be used to enable additional functionality in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/usd.

I realized this is only used in the USD’s tests, which I’m not currently able to run. I’m closing this review request for now.
