Description of problem:

We noticed that leader election can take tens of seconds. During that time, the client thinks that there is a network partition because the monitor doesn't answer. But the monitor cannot answer because there is no leader. To fix that we redefined the client panic as a new parameter that is configurable. The client will also panic if the monitor send a map in which that client is considered unavailble in the eyes of the monitor.
