Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

Used the latest-4.16 image of MG to collect logs from the provider cluster with ODF and storageclient configured.

The namespace folder for openshift-storage has no logs except for oc_output folder

Commands used:
a) oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-must-gather:latest-4.16  -- /usr/bin/gather -o -pc
OR
b) oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-must-gather:latest-4.16  -- /usr/bin/gather

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a provider/client cluster with latest ODF build , say 4.16.0-89
2. Collect must-gather using
a) oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-must-gather:latest-4.16  -- /usr/bin/gather -o -pc
OR
b) oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-must-gather:latest-4.16  -- /usr/bin/gather 
3. Check the logs


Actual results:

namespace/openshift-storage folder is practically empty


Expected results:
===================
namespace/openshift-storage folder should list all relevant logs like before

The issue was also seen on Regional DR setup, discussed with Yati over a call.

It should be fixed or priority.
