Quite few people have reported similar issue.
At Fedora 39 kmymoney report working
After upgrade to Fedora 40 kmymoney report not working.
Reported to kmymoney developer who reckon it is packaging dependency issue

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

report present in LHS
