The directory /usr/lib/swidtag is not in the RPM database.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh fedora 40 installation
2. rpm -qf /usr/lib/swidtag
file /usr/lib/swidtag is not owned by any package
Actual Results:  
file /usr/lib/swidtag is not owned by any package

Expected Results:  
fedora-release-common-40-39.noarch

That directory should probably be owned by the filesystem package

This message is a reminder that Fedora Linux 40 is nearing its end of life.
Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora Linux 40 on 2025-05-13.
It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer
