cc @decathorpe for advice on unicode-width - it was upgraded to 0.1.13 then downgraded again because of a breaking change. I can try downgrading ratatui to 0.1.12 and see if it compiles - not urgent as instability needs to be packaged first

New optional dependency: palette 0.7.6 (we have 0.7.5 in Fedora and there are upstream issues with a new dependency preventing it being packaged). We probably need to either disable this optional feature or temporarily downgrade it

termion dep bumped to 4.x since ratatui 0.27, we only have 3.x

latest ratatui really requires 0.1.13.
They adapted to behaviour changes in 0.1.13 with code changes and are now incompatible with <0.1.13.

I've opened an issue against unicode-width asking them to reconsider re-publishing 0.1.13 as 0.2.0 due to the behaviour changes and pain they're causing.
