Description of problem:
See: bz#167920 Samba erroneously changes file date/time when opened by Excel

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
samba-3.0.10-1.4E.9

How reproducible:
As in bz#167920

Getting the samba-3.0.9-excel.patch from RHEL3's samba srpm, and applying it to
samba-3.0.10 solves the problem. The patch applies cleaning.

The bug on 3.0.10-1.4E.9 is reproducible even when using Excel 2002 with SP3
(per instruction from Microsoft Knowledge Base).
