Doc Text:
A vulnerability was found in the Linux kernel's NetRom subsystem. This issue arises when socket timers expire, if the timer handler does not decrease the socket reference count as needed, the socket reference count becomes unbalanced. This can result in the socket not being freed properly, potentially leading to resource leaks and degraded system performance.
