.The default storage class can now be set by user Previously, AdminOps did not have the option to override the default storage class in APIs, like createuser and modifyuser. As a result, users could not define the default storage class With this fix, users can set default storage class.

RGW REST AdminOPS API doesn't currently support setting the default storage class when creating a user
