Description of problem:
Package ansible-core 2.16 from RHEL 8.10 conflicts with ansible 8.3 from EPEL EL8 during dnf/yum update.

The workorround would be to exclude ansible-core from yum

Output from yum/dnf:

Error:
 Problem: package ansible-8.3.0-1.el8.noarch from @System requires python3.11dist(ansible-core) >= 2.15.3, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both ansible-core-2.16.3-2.el8.x86_64 from wave0-rhel-8-appstream and ansible-core-2.15.3-1.el8.x86_64 from @System
  - cannot install both ansible-core-2.16.3-2.el8.x86_64 from wave0-rhel-8-appstream and ansible-core-2.15.3-1.el8.x86_64 from wave0-rhel-8-appstream
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package ansible-core-2.15.3-1.el8.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package ansible-8.3.0-1.el8.noarch
(try to add '--allowerasing' to command line to replace conflicting packages or '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
