Description of problem:

Package librsvg2 fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide and Fedora 40. It looks like the reference tests are failing (but it's hard to tell because the build is run in "--quiet" mode and the output from cargo tests is hidden). In the past that was often attributable to floating point accuracy issues.

I would have liked to rebuild the package for fixes in the Rust toolchain in Fedora and minor security fixes in Rust dependencies, but that was not possible due to the FTBFS issue.
